Mr. Bablu Singh Rawat, who is vision impaired was promised by *BRINGING SMILES" to assist him for a special 3 months residential course in "National Association for Blind" at Delhi. Mr. AN Agarwal, Board Member of *BRINGING SMILES* is seen handing him over a cheque for his addmission fee, boarding & lodging expenses.
Mr. Bablu is being given a Smart Mobile phone MI 6S, by our *BRINGING SMILES* group volunteers Mrs. Manju Bisht ji and Bimla Rawat ji from old Gurugram area. Cell phone is being given as advised by the "National Association for Blind", which is going to help him in his way of living.
